Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward emails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email box you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
